Budgeting and Factors that will affect your choices

When considering a budget for your kitchen project, as a general rule, it should be between 10%-15% of your home's total value.

Door Style: Solid wood, raised panel doors cost more than veneered or flat center panels.
Construction: Constuction will vary from furniture board on the less expensive end to plywood on the higher end
Finish: Generally: glazes and paints come with a premium charge and therefore, cost more than stains.
Storage features: Added features will increase the price, but the also add convienence and efficiency.
Decorative Accents: More decorative accents mean more money, however, a few finishing touches will complete the perfect look.
